I am not sure how this works and hopefully someone will receive this.
Is there is a way to integrate xHTML chat with Expression Engine? If it's not that simple, is there a developer you could suggest me to that we can out source the project to?
I would love to also have a moderator to prevent spamming.

Hey there, I am not in a position to integrate this into EE. I am happy for you to use the source code to achieve that though. I think you will most likely find a developer to do this for you via the EE support forums - especially if you have a budget for this.
