Deployment to PRODUCTION (57c749f)
I deployed the latest. It includes:
* fixed "bad timeperiod/ambiguouse time" errors at change of daylight savings (see e.g. http://permatime.com/Europe/London/2009-03-29/01:16 )

* got scripts (vaguely) for testing permatime plugin and tested it (Tim Diggins)
* changed image domain in maintenance page to images.permatime.com (Alexander Kohlhofer)
* adopted the plugin's generic layout for permatimes specifics (Alexander Kohlhofer)
