Sorry for the delay. It wasn't on the top of my list, but then the amount of spam suddenly started going through the roof.
I've despammed somewhat, but next I should prevent logins by anyone who isn't an admin (you and I) and then I'll let you know, then you can do this in your own time.

Tim - glad you have finally got around to this. do you want me to do a final de-spam? If so, just tell me shortly before everything gets archived so I can do it before anyone manages to put more crap up. Paul

Perhaps any (non-new) member can delete a post/comment by a new member (until the member is no longer 'new').

I think the orginal suggestion is possibly too extreme, and a bit difficult to implement. How about new members can post/comment once per day until their "new" flag is turned off.
Also, perhaps any (non-new) member can delete a post/comment by a new member (until the member is no longer 'new').
I will start with some subtasks which this task entails: #393 making newly signed up members marked as "new" and giving admins/editors the right to remove this "new" flag. -

layout problem on IE6
it turns out this problem is caused on IE 6 only (e.g. /tags/Blogs) by the same problem as #386 and solved by a similar fix.

No my error in not being obvious. I had fixed it on my local machine, but not yet deployed. Have run into some problems my end, so deployment was delayed.

I tried to do this but could not see any difference and still got an error message - probably did something wrong!
Tim - I have deleted a few more spammers. Looks pretty clean to me now. Going back reminds me what a nice site it is. Pity we did not make it quite as active a space as we might have. But fun trying and some good stuff generated in the process! Paul
