    started (finally) the move of TCR into archive mode

    I deployed the latest. It includes:

    * removing join and join links (Tim Diggins)
    * adding view! to tests (Tim Diggins)
    * fixing missing spacesuit stuff (Tim Diggins)
    * ignoring local sqlite for testing (Tim Diggins)
    * removing others from exception notification (Tim Diggins)

    Support for moderate spam controls
    Slightly better admin support (can now easily become self again after "becoming" another user)

    I deployed the latest. It includes:

    * made unbecoming more attractive (Tim Diggins)
    * added ability to "unbecome" for admin convenience (Tim Diggins)
    * made sure that new user can't see contribution forms when already contributed today (Tim Diggins)
    * made new users be displayed differently (Tim Diggins)
    * fixed warning (Tim Diggins)
    * added is_new flag to user and made it possible for admins to trust a new user (Tim Diggins)
    * added more break-word control primarily for ie6 (Tim Diggins)
    * added new user flag (Tim Diggins)

    Admins can now delete users and all their posts/comments (first anti-spam control)
