Deployment

Admins can now delete users and all their posts/comments (first anti-spam control)

Deployment to PRODUCTION (781dd37)
I deployed the latest. It includes:

* added a delete button to user (Tim Diggins)
* moved to rails 2.3.2 (from arbitrary edge version) (Tim Diggins)

(also, I upgrade rake on the server to the latest)
