Paul has discovered some email addresses bounce. He wants to delete the users.
Obviously we can do this *for him*, but probably better that he should check he really wants to delete the user (e.g. have they posted anything... what would then happen to their posts and comments) and then "delete" (== inactivate I think, removing their email address and password but preserving their posts)

There is no rush on this. I think the people will in fact not have any posts on the site, but we can safely leave this issue for a month or two. The truth is that we have lots of members who are never likely to come back to the site, but I suppose just having them sitting there is not really causing us or them any great problems!!
