Resolved in our telephone discussion today (18 dec). For the next few months we are only likely to be able to do very minor tweaks, so it is fortunate that the site is currently in pretty good shape! Hopefully at some point we can come back and add some of the new features we have discussed.

Well, we could next do lots of lovely tweaks to the site.
However, I believe we should focus next on how to grow usage of the site: existing users, new users, and reaching out to non-users and web-linkage.
If we all agree (especially Paul!), then I would propose that
1) filter any ideas into this over the next week
2) schedule a Tim-Alex-Duff brainstorm for early next week
and then
3) propose something to Paul after that
