Any suggestion why some wordpress posts don't enable image featuring?

I've looked in detail at the example from http://www.arquitetura-interativa.com/digitalworkshop/?feed=rss2 which is wordpress blog post http://www.arquitetura-interativa.com/digitalworkshop/?p=332
It is a wordpress blog with some flickr images pasted in.
Unfortunately it appears one the flickr images embedded in that wordpress blogpost was private... that screwed up the download of all of them. For private images I can't use the flickrapi to get the larger sizes, but I could get the size used in the wordpress post, which is what I've done

it's weird! I've tested the img parsing algorithm - that isn't a problem, so it's maybe something to do with the new flickr parsing, that I haven't caught with my tests (they are flickr imgs embedded in wordpress after all). will look into it
