For each project-contributor there's a 'Role' which is really just a bunch of tags, but represents roles/jobs you performed on the project: "project manager, application designer, rails, javascript"

Anyone who is a contributor to a project can edit any contributor's tags.

User page automatically lists all the tags of all your projects (a bit like a tag cloud, but not listed in that way).
