Users could just copy the changed files over to ftp, but that's a big pain after the first time. This needs to be automated somehow for it to be useful because simply adding a blog post changes a lot of pages, and making a change to the layout page changes every page using that layout.

I was thinking that it would be nice to come up with a couple of use cases for deployment to support.
Here are some that I can think of:
1. Rsync
2. Github pages
3. Amazon S3
