    So it looks like ssh was not configured to start when the box started. Should be all fixed now, let me know if it still gives you problems.

    Actually you just need the last 2 steps since cap is run on your local machine. I deleted the link.

    I also ran into this issue: /usr/local/lib/ruby/1.8/irb/completion.rb:10:in `require': no such file to load -- readline (LoadError)

    I had to re-install ruby enterprise to fix the problem. I wonder if this was introduced since I first installed REE. Have you destroyed any links in the past month or so?
