I actually like both. I might prefer the three column view a little more because the primary content Area doesn't need to be super wide. It's just comments, share links and a description.
Also, I think the add/remove favorite link on the current page is better served as button or icon, maybe someplace in the player section.
The Visit Website link may be better served in the station description area, possibly as an icon too.

I can help you in the morning. I had to upgrade Hoptoad. It's not been included in the config so ka-blam. You could try
gem install hoptoad
but I don't mins comparing notes in the AM to see how I can better help.
